I am so pleased that LJ offers an octopus-based theme for the Expressive layout that I mutilated the header image into an update for my avatar. What a marvelous world we live in, that such merry abominations are possible!

I did three miles both this morning and yesterday morning, and my right knee seems to be holding steady.
